Wind Town is being developed by SBA Urban, a real estate development company that is part of one of the largest business groups in Lithuania, SBA Group.
Since 2007, SBA Urban has developed over 226,000 m2 of real estate, including the internationally recognized Vienybės Square in Kaunas, the BLC business center, the architecturally distinctive Nemunaičių district on the left bank of the Nemunas River, and Kauno dokas. The Green Hall business park in Vilnius has also been acknowledged for its exceptional architecture.
Currently, SBA Urban is developing 90,000 m2 of retail and business centers in Vilnius and Kaunas under the Urban HUB brand, as well as the prestigious apartment project Kopų slėnis in Palanga.
As enthusiasts of architectural aesthetics, SBA Urban collaborates with global architecture leaders to create unique and city-transforming buildings. Innovative architecture, green building philosophy, and community focus are integral elements of their projects.
Wind Town was developed in collaboration with Gensler, the world’s largest and globally recognized architecture firm, known for projects ranging from the second tallest building in the world, the Shanghai Tower, to distinctive projects in the USA and China.
This project brought together an international team of Gensler architects from their offices in America, London, and Berlin.
