To make this dream come true, we chose the Lithuanian wind capital, Svencelė, on the coast of the Curonian Lagoon. Wind Town will be the only one of its kind in the world — vibrant, pulsing with life, and having a truly unique atmosphere. It’s dedicated to living life on the wave.
Responsibility and dedication helped us make this dream come true. We have been developing the all-encompassing concept for several years, carefully considering every detail. The town is being created together with internationally acclaimed architects, and we invest only in high-quality, aesthetic solutions. In the cozy, private homes of Wind Town, a community will form. Free, alive, and just loving life.
