To make our dream come true, we chose the Lithuanian wind capital, Svencelė, on the coast of the Curonian Lagoon. Wind Town will be the only one of its kind in the world — vibrant, pulsing with life, and with a unique atmosphere. It‘s dedicated to living life on the wave.

We made our dream come true with responsibility and dedication. We carefully consider every detail. The town is being created together with renowned architects of international acclaim, and we invest only in high-quality, aesthetic solutions. Living on the waves at Wind Town — as many as seven distinctive home options, each featuring private terraces and large windows. Every two-storey, A++ energy class masonry residential home with full or partial furnishing is built on a 3–5-acre plot. They are equipped with air-water floor heating with an additional cooling function, heat recovery ventilation systems, and aluminium windows.

The authentic architectural design is complemented by cosy landscaping and lighting on the building facade, as well as small architectural elements. The plots of land are connected to the communal spaces where neighbours and visitors will spend evenings together, children can play safely, and you will be able to relax.
