Spaces dedicated to water sports, remarkable people, events, active leisure, relaxation, and conversations. A distinctive neighbourhood, a community, an atmosphere.

This uniquely designed town brings together those who appreciate life. Each person can discover their own tranquillity. That’s the essence of Wind Town — uncovering what you care about, what fits you best, and what inspires you. Half of the project’s area is allocated to green spaces and recreational facilities. Next to every home, you’ll find an ideal spot for your favourite activity or hobby.

We plan to fully develop the infrastructure by 2029.

Relaxation

For some, rest is a peaceful walk or swim; for others, it involves riding waves or chasing the wind. The various zones will help everyone discover their inner balance. Wind Town is a dynamic project, continually evolving, so key zones may shift according to community needs. Still, the concept will remain the same: unifying and vibrant.

Wind Town is a self-sustaining ecosystem that offers daily services and spaces for a variety of activities, catering to residents, guests, and the whole community. The commercial zone is scheduled for 2027.

Development phases

In the first phase, 25 houses are being constructed on the shores of the Curonian Lagoon, along with a portion of the central park (including a pond) and sports courts. By 2027, we intend to establish the first commercial zones, as well as sailing and kitesurfing schools. We are confident that the upcoming phases (second and third) will bring even more vitality to the community.
