We are building Wind Town in Svencelė, along the shore of the Curonian Lagoon. Once the project is finished, we believe we’ll be living on the right side of the lagoon. With a community, freedom, and tranquillity. Living life on the waves.
We’re bringing this dream to life with responsibility and dedication. We have been developing the all-encompassing concept for several years. Carefully considering every detail, we invest only in high-quality, aesthetic solutions. The town was co-created by world-renowned architects at Gensler, in collaboration with the architecture studio Heima. In the cosy, private homes of Wind Town, a community will form. Free, alive, and just loving life. At its heart lies the town square and commercial zone, always bustling and filled with the scent of freshly baked pastries.
We are creating cosy and vibrant spaces while preserving the unique nature of the lagoon. In the early stages, we will develop a park, green spaces, leisure areas, and sports fields. In the future, we have plans for commercial spaces, a marina, and kitesurfing spots. All that and more, to make your life as smooth as surfing a wave. In every sense.

Wind Town has seven unique home designs with plots of land, private terraces, and large floor-to-ceiling windows, all featuring authentic architecture.
